 Hulet Gregory took 13 years of experience with Wells Fargo and, at the age of 35, created his own business focused on real estate investment. Within the first 90 days, Hulet had replaced his six-figure income from the bank and, in the 6 years since, Hulet has amassed a conglomeration of rental homes and commercial properties. He has diversified into both ownership and property management through his companies Memphis CashFlow, GP and Marathon Management, LLC. He graduated from the University of North Alabama with degrees in Finance and Economics. Hulet’s companies are all members of the Better Business Bureau.

Natasha Bowen is a real estate investor and certified business coach. She is also the author of Jumpstart Real Estate Investing: A 30 Day Action Plan to Buying Your First Property. Natasha bought her first investment property in 2001 and focuses on residential and commercial properties. She brings over 15 years of business experience as a successful sales executive, business owner, and real estate investor to the Memphis CashFlow team.
Natasha earned her Bachelor of Science from Spelman College (Atlanta, GA) and her Masters in Business Administration from Union University (Jackson, TN). Natasha is also a licensed real estate affiliate broker.
Natasha is very active in the Memphis business community. Shelby County Mayor, Mark Luttrell, appointed Natasha to the Economic Development Growth Engine (EDGE) Board, which is responsible for recruiting new industries and businesses to Memphis and Shelby County and expanding financing for small business. Natasha is the President of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She serves on the Board of Directors of the Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce and facilitator for the “Staying Ahead of the Curve” business workshops. Natasha is a member National Speakers Association and alum of Leadership Memphis EP 2011.

 Tom Christiansen is from Connecticut where he worked in manufacturing for over 35 years. He began investing in real estate after creating Christiansen Properties. His first investment property was a duplex in the Jonesboro, AR area in August 2003 since then he has purchased and rehabbed over 16 properties. He flipped some and now had 8 properties in his portfolio.
Tom joined Memphis CashFlow in Aug 2008 and his primary focus is acquiring cash-flowing properties for our investors. Tom is a member Memphis Investors Group, Connection REIA. He lives in Olive Branch, MS with his wife Kelly and two sons.

 Jared Walsh helps to hold it all together at Memphis CashFlow. Jared graduated from the University of Memphis with a B.A. in History where he was very active in his fraternity and community initiatives.
Before Memphis CashFlow, Jared worked in property management and managing rehab projects for another real estate investment company. When Jared is not working hard at Memphis CashFlow, he enjoys running, writing, recording, and performing with his band.
Jared is also a licensed affiliate broker with Marathon Realtors.
