Collection of Rent

We will collect rent from your tenants so that you don’t have to. In the event that a tenant is late with their rent, we will collect any necessary late fees. Your rent money, minus any applicable property management fees, will be direct deposited into your account.

Repairs and Maintenance

The repairs and maintenance of a rental property can be time-consuming. We will also take care of this aspect of property management for you. When tenants move out, your rental house will be cleaned and move-in ready for the next tenant. If an issue comes up where major work is needed, we will consult with you before doing any costly repairs.
